Did they release her from the hospital? I might have missed a post, but I've been wondering the past couple days!

Me too! I sure hope everything is going well.

No they haven't released her yet because she ended up running a slight fever which meant she couldn't leave until the fevers end or know why she is running them.

I sure hope everything goes good, so she can be home for Christmas, Sounds like she is doing great. I bet little brother can't wait till shes home. Best wishes to your family.

We will likely be here in the hospital for a few more days. She has seems to be giving up on eating.

The Dr even told her that she needs to eat in order to help them determine if this is just a virus or worse. Yet, she doesn't. I believe she may be afraid to eat and or what they may find if they have to do a scope of her intestines.

If she eats and gets better by Tuesday then she won't have to have the procedure done. But if she doesn't eat or she shows signs of trouble after starting to eat again the scope will be done.

But not much can be done till she eats at this time.

So if you can lets try and encourage her to eat. I don't want her to give up now. She is close to recovery. And she needs to get out in the "real" world again.
