How do I install a NEW DRIVER??????????? I have no clue as to what it is. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A driver is the software application that will make your hardware (peripherals) work. There are drivers for your printers, mouse (in some cases) sound card or vid card sometimes.

Install like any other software. The start up button will walk you through it. There should be an installation wizard.

comcast told us to find one online and download I can't take much more of all the problems with this computer

I don't know we can only get 16 colors the pictures are all screwed up

perhaps for your video card?

This may not be a device driver problem. Might be a settings issue.

I have figured out that it is with the color and size but this computer won't let me change either thing I have tried to switch them but it won't let me
