I am trying to finish the second book exchange.......and people keep sending me stupid support tickets like:

ahahah.. had to deal with that all yesterday.. Today has been great so far!

I LOVE stupid tickets. I dont "deal" with them much but I have to take them down and figure out how to post them. Like, "My computer wont shut down". OR "My phone is dead". Or "The internet wont work" SIX times after I already told her the network was down statewide.

no please email me. good emails are ok. but i do have 6 inbox folders that have about 18K messages each, so after I do the exchange.....I'm cleaning out my Outlook

wooo awesome! :) Now I have a stupid question, is this a one time exchange? Or does it, like the secret pal, go on all year? Should the books be christmas oriented or does it matter? (please don't hurt me ;))

it's a one time thing, and it does not have to be christmas oriented. just something more fun for our kids to do at christmas!
