No, I don't have lice or dandruff!!!I already had my boyfriend check!!! I believe it's from the weather and bathing every day in scolding hot water. But it itches every day soooo freaking bad!!! I slept with conditioner rubbed into my scalp, but this has not work. Any suggestions out there besides to stop taking scolding hot showers?

Thanks Raven. I try to stop scratching, but I can't. But I'll try better! I use Pantene right now. I've have also used dandruff shampoo this week and it does not relieve any itching. :( WWWAAAHHHHHHH! Oh, and I will work on drinking a lot of water. That's something I DO NOT do!! Thanks! :)

i have TERRIBLE scalp itch. I use scalpicin to help control the itching. Look near the dandruff products & shampoos. It is clear, like water so it won't gunkup your hair. It comes in a bottle like eyedrops, just bigger, and you squirt it on your head and rub in....AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

I have a scalp problem too and nothing OTC is working. I am going to see a dermatologist in Dec. If you have flaky patches of skin (not dandruff) like a scab, you may want to see a doctor too.

Thanks captor, I'm going to try that. I'm going to try to treat it before I go to the dermatologist, Mommy! Thanks! :) Hope all of our scalps feel better soon!

I have to shampoo every other day in the winter because it is so dry. Also have to use body wash instead of soaps.

You might try mayonnaise its a great hot oil treatment and cheap, just rub in and cover your hair with a plastic bag and leave on for an hour. as posted in FYI by someone else its a great lice treatment and like you whenever my head itches that was my first thought too since I am around kids who might have carried it home from school. But after scratching and scratching and I mean all over not just my scalp I finally went to a doctor who put me on allergy meds, not all of us react by sneezing, some of us itch, itch, itch. so if nothing else helps you might go a doctor to see if you have an allergy, my skin would get large raised welts if I barely scratch or rub it.

MESUE COULD BE RIGHT...

DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU COULD USE A PRODUCT FOR WHAT SEEMS LIKE
FOREVER, AND THEN FINALLY BECOME ALLERGIC? IT'S USUALLY

DUE TO THE FACT THAT COMPANIES ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO
IMPROVE ON A PRODUCT, AND PUT A DIFFERENT FRANGRANCE,
OR ADDITIVE IN IT WITH OUT WARNING.

YOU COULD ALSO HAVE ECZEMA OR PSORIASIS.

TAKE CARE, AND QUIT SCRATCHING...I SCRATCHED A
MOSQUITO BITE ON MY HEAD, IT GOT INFECTED...AND THEY
SHAVED ME BALD!!! LOL
