Does anyone know how many stamps you need to send a letter to someone in canada?

I am trying to reach a friend, but dont know if I need 1 or 2

$0.85 cents airmail letter post 4-7 days or Economy surface letter post 4-6 weeks $2.70 you can purchase Canadian stamps at your local post office, I do alot of auctions and have had to send a few payments to Canada along with my wedding invitations, when I mailed my invitations it only cost me $0.60 1 stamp.

for me when in doubt use 2 or even 3.

that has to have the words airmail on it I believe also

I hate to be a post hog, when you go to the post office you will get the stamp and a sticker that goes on the bottom of the letter that says airmail.
Or I think you can get Canadian postage with the sticker at your bamk??
I think that is where my husband got ours.
