I did a virus scan,and it told me I had a virus,Trojan Horse Banan Mail Spam,How do I get rid of this,I have AVG,and it wont get rid of it,do I d/l a trojan remover,if so which one any help is appreciated!TIA!

try going to www.housecall/microtrend.com and run a free scan there...you can do an auto clean or go to their virus section and it will tell you how to delete.

Do a search for this file "Temp$01.exe" and delete it. Should take care of it.

Do I go to the start up menu and search there where it says search for files and folders,if so I did that and nothing came up:confused:

try this one too "Temp#01.exe"

Norton already has a update to protect against it, but I haven't found a removal tool yet.

Ok,I typed this in it brought it up,size62B,and under type it has application,what do I do,and BTW,tks for all the help,and those who gave suggestions,Also under the virus scan it has C:Restore/Temp/A0169129.CPY
