aerial surveillance.. they have cameras that can get within 5 inches of the subject!!!! C'mon, break the technology out!!!

And, why would we want to squelch the media? I thought that if the sniper wasn't in the media or in the news, that's when he killed more. ?? :confused:

Chort: Everytime the media reports something...this guy does the opposite. Deputy Moose (Virginia I think) says on camera at least our kids are safe...He shoots a 13 year old, The media announces no-one shot on the weekend..he shoots someone Saturday. The media says they arrest someone...he shoots someone else. That has happened before. On two separate occasions the media says they have a suspect possibly...he goes out and does it again. I think he is just thumbing his nose at authorities, or he wants all the attention...not an (as he would see it) imposter.

My thought on his ability to avoid being arrested is that he has rented a storage unit in the area, drives there, parks the vehicle inside the unit...then walks out....maybe even blends in with the onlookers...

AHHHHHHH!!! Thanks Widget. I hadn't been paying that close attention. I just knew in the beginning the profiler said that when he wasn't in the news that when he would kill to get on the news..

Ok, I'm not confused any more.. Deep Breath!!!! :)

Ahh, and your theory also sounds like it could be correct.

i was thinking the same thing about the sniper renting a storage unit near the site where he picked to kill someone. How else could he possibly not be caught when they put police everywhere after a shooting. I wouldnt doubt it that he walks out of the storage unit and pretends to be an onlooker to get enjoyment out of seeing what he has done and that no one has any clue that its him.
