have you ran a scan disk to check your hard drive for errors? that might help, always does for me

Why don't you try Incredimail? I have it and just LOVE it, you can do so much more with it than outlook express

You have a corrupted file...I know that, but I'm not sure how to fix it I usually uninstall then reinstall but you will have to make a back up or you will lose everything! I have to leave now but I wll talk to my son and see what he says.
