I need some recipes on the best way to cook it,and some mouth watering ways to fix it.thanks in advance :) :D

how funny, i just cooked my first one on Sunday. I just put it in the oven and baked it like a chicken then poured a puree of tomato, jalepeno, garlic and onion over it before I served it. It was so good. I hope yours turns out good too.

ITS BEEN YEARS SINCE I COOKED THEM.

I like them baked or roasted stuffed with wild rice and mushrooms, and rubbed with butter, garlic and onion.
