question about greenfield

I recently recieved my first product to test for them,they sent me a letter along with the product saying that I had to put down the # that was on the product when they send me, the survey to complete,problem I didn't see a # where do I look?:confused:

all of my products have had a label with a lot # on them

email them if you didn't get one, I'm sure they will let you know what to do.
