I bought a pair at the 99 cent store. I couldn't believe they had AVON sandals in a size 11. they were all still in the plastic baggies. BINS of them.

From a store called Whirlwinds in a mall (They sold kind of Mystical type things mostly) I bought a pair of Black Velvet looking mary janes about 7 years ago, wore them to the prom, wore them with jeans, wore them to work, and I still wear them now! My cost? .79

I am pretty sure it was $2 at Wal*Mart during a clearance sale. I hate paying more than $20 for a pair, but I will do it for NEW BALANCE!!!

Well this isn't the cheapest I've ever paid for shoes but this seems like the best bargain- Doc Martins (130.00dollar shoes) for 12.00 at gadzooks got two pair one for me one for husband. These shoes do not wear out ever if you take care of them. I got mine three or four years ago they still look brand new even the bottoms.

I think queensown may win this one! I got a pair of pooh sandals for my son (when he was 2) for 89 cents, though, that's close but doesn't count because they're toddler shoes. I got a pair I really like at Target for somewhere around $4, black dress shoes.
Although I won a pair of Birkenstocks from a $1 raffle ticket, does that count? That was liek 4 years ago & I still have them & I wear them almost all the time every summer. I LOVE them!!

Last year I got a pair of Rug Rats sandals for my daughter at Walmart on clearance for 50 cents. :) Got her light-up slippers there a few months later for $2.00 too.

Not even a bargain compared to what everyone else paid, but I bought the cutest pair of cheap flipflops from Walmart for $1.99, thats the regular price. Anyone know what I'm talking bout'? They had them in black, white, and tan. Had the hawiian sort of design and about 1/4 of an inch thick? I love those- bought 4 pairs, every person on my colorguard team has a few... even our instructer bought a pair :D

Back in the Imelda Marcos day, this shoe store in Beachwood was having an Imelda Marcos sale .. all shoes in a size 8 1/2 they were giving away FREE .. I got these cool black suede shoes with metallic flowers in different colors on them.. They were high heel too .. my sister got the same one but they were flat heel. They retailed for $100 so that was a hell of a bargain .. lol.

Bought my daughter a pair of flip flops at the drug store once for .50 cents and now my 2 year old wears them. For some reason they love them .. lol.
