Does any one know where I can get some really neat clipart and backgrounds and if anyone knows where to get the background music for web pages I would love to know where to get them at thank you

Thank you I can't seem to be able to find the background music that I am wanting for a web page that I made every time I find it I click on it and its not there any more Just my luck!
