I'm making chilli for lunch!! :D Only 10 more minutes until I can have some!! It smells soooo good! I haven't had any since last winter. :(

Kylienmaggiesmom: I use regular russet potatoes, diced. Throw them in with the chilli and let simmer until tender. :)
