Refund question

I just bought a new Norton's virus scan from Staples. There were 2 rebates offered with this according to their ad in the newspaper.

I got the 2 forms but I only got 1 reciept & I need 2 original reciepts in order to send for both rebates. They are for $20 each & I would hate to lose $20.

Any suggestions?

Does the rebate form say anything about sending the 'original' sales receipt? If not, make a photocopy.

It states no photo copies right on the refund slip.

I guess maybe an email to Staples is in order since I purchased this out of town.
