Can you do a 'search' for the file and then delete it and empty your recycle bin? Try that, and then run another scan and see if it's clean.

Thats odd, I did a search for it at Housecalls and they have nothing listed. Was there anything else in the wording of this virus?

OK.......deleting th efiles won't necessary get rid of the virus as they "attach" to other working files & programs
go to www.symantec.com, search the virus definitions for the file name you found, and they should have removal tools there for ya.
Housecall also classifies some stuff from porn sites and other type of places that has a lot of popups as viruses. It could be that it is an image stored from one of those sites, and it's being classified as a virus. I never could get rid of two I had from a site like that. It always said I had a virus, but it was just a majorly cookied file.

5d_clubs.bmp is a file name search your hard drive for this file and delete it. My guess is that the virus scan you used did a hueristic scan it did not identify a virus but found a file containing possible destructive code.

a .bmp file is a bitmap file which is a picture or image and it is stored on your harddrive somewhere, search your harddrive for the file and delete it then run the virus scan again
Thanks all. That's all it said is what I posted here..and it said from some casino?? So probably a popup.
Darned popups.
