Today is....

Today is the first day of school here. My baby (4th grade this year) just got on the bus!! My day's (when I'm not working) will now be my own again,,,,,,,sigh,,,,,,,, A part of me is glad, but a part of me will actually have to get used to him not being here during the day again.

{{{kimp67}}} I know what you mean sweetie! My oldest is in 2nd grade this year and my baby started kindergarten this year (they started August 6th) I miss them both so much! I have been a SAHM for the past 2 1/2 years so now I am sooooooooo lost ......I hate being alone! I am sure in time, I will learn to appreciate my alone time~but for now~I am just lonesome :( I am gonna go have lunch at the school with both my boys today~so I am :) :) :)

My son is only 2 and he has the terrible 2s REAL BAD! I dont think I would mind him going to school. A few hours of piece and quiet. AHHHH that would be nice. You mommies with children going to school need to go treat yourself. Go take a hot bubblebath. You wont have to worry about someone knocking on the door wanting in. :)

My baby starts kindergarten next Wednesday(sept 4). I'm gonna miss him too.

Years go by.........
........and they're gone before you know it!! My 2 oldest daughters started collage a few weeks ago. Today was the first day of school for my 14 and 12 year old daughters who entered middle and high school.....no longer are the days when I had the opertunity to walk them to their first day of school.....it was all about hair and make up and who had the coolest clothes and backpacks and what location they would be meeting up with their friends at....

I was sad to mine went into 1st grade in July, now home with the baby and sleeping husband. So I miss her too. But BBS and ebay time is fun replacement
