What should I tell her?

My friend is separated from her husband and is worried about how she is going to support herself since she doesnt make much money (he makes 3X what she makes) She is depressed and cranky quite often and she misses the companionship and is afraid that she wont be able to find anyone else. What can I say to her to encourage her and make her feel better?

The first thing she needs to know is that she doesn't need a man in her life to be happy.She has to make her own happiness and never,ever depend on someone else for that.Just give her plenty of support,do things with her,movies,shopping etc.. so she sees she can have a life without him.Can she get another part time job to bring in more money.Just don't let her depend on him for anything.
