Any idea how this could have happened? Is it that easy for someone to get in and do this?? Kinda freaked me out!!

anyone who knows your birthday and zipcode can change your password, yet another reason I hate yahoo mail.

If you set an alternate email addy someone tries to change your password - they will email that addy should someone try to change your password and give you the new password. Already happened to me too.

The same thing happened to Dh and I about a month ago. It really ticked me off:mad: We havent had anymore trouble though, I hope it stays that way.

ALWAYS make your passwords a combination of letters and numbers
There are numerous programs to run random things thru and crack your password, msn, yahoo, aim they've got em for them all....
