I'm wondering to vitamins and natural remedies really work? I get really bad back pain and joint pain in my hands and feet. I was wondering about trying some kind of natural stuff (I know a lot abut it can't you tell? lol). There is just so muh stuff out there though that it seems overwhelming to even try. Anybody know about this stuff?? I would love some advice!

My Grandma takes Glucosamine for her joints. She swears by it. They sell it at health food stores. I hope you feel better! Nothing worse than creaky joints, huh? Mine are getting really bad, probably should take some myself.

yeah, my mom swears by glucosamine too. she takes it for a bad knee. i think that vitamins are always a good idea. just read up on the herbs before you take them. it is a good idea to know of any possible side effects or interactions. good luck and i hope you get to feeling better.

Glucosamine Condroiten(sp) is good but try to find it combined with MSM(monosulfia???)
If it topical the I would go with either Blue Stuff if your going out( it doesn't stink) or Jasons tea tree oil sports cream(It stink like all get out but works better IMHO)you gat get jasons at GNC

found Neo Life vitamins and after a couple months never had any more pain and years after not taking the neo life vitamins (rather expensive for someone going to claim bankruptsy) but still taking another brand... still no pain. Neo-Life uses the most inner part of natural products to gain the vitamin that the body uses. When I first started using them I felt warm inside my whole body. Really amazing!

You have to buy them from a local dealer so I would suggest looking in the phone book or do a google search for them in your area...

good luck.
