Can someone help? I d/led a font (zip file), how do I get it to photoshop?

I don't know where to put it. I tried to call hubby, but he's busy. I don't know where to extract it to. I have a folder for photoshop, then under it there are 2, one is "plugins" the other is "plug-ins". Would it go in one of those, or just photoshop? Then, will it just be where it needs to be, or do I need to do more? Huge Thanks if someone can help!

So, if I put it there, it should show up in photoshop? Hmmm... I don't have a fonts folder. We don't have office installed right now (it went bye-bye when hubby last killed the puter and we can't find the disk), so maybe that's why? POO! I wanna get this damn thing done, I've been working on it for 2 days, and I need to print & send it!! I might have to wait til hubby gets home. OOH, I could go turn the other puter on & see what's there! I'll go try that!
