Workout Routines??

Anyone know of some good sites to find workout programs? I do a 45 min. aerobic workout, 3 times a week, but have been doing this same one for so long, I could do it in my sleep. I need something new to do, but don't know any good routines. Any help? (I hope this makes sense!)

None that I know of. But then I never have looked either. I use TAEBO and I love it!! I vary between the old one and Live...I know it by heart too, but love it just the same!!! good luck!!

Do you have a dvd player that plays vcd's??? If you do you can dl'ed it off the internet with any peer to peer sharing programs...I know I have seen it on em!!

If you have a VCR, you can probably borrow exercise tapes from your local library ... I got quite a few when I was just starting out ... everything from yoga, powerball, stretch and strength, weight lifting and even Richard Simmons oldies' series. I would get two or three at a time and alternate them.

I'm still FLUFFY, but I'm in better shape now ...

I just D/L 2 TAEBO workouts, so I'm gonna start the basic one in the morning. I'll let ya know how I like it.

I got mine in #vcd-warez, but I don't remember which nick I got it from. I just typed @locator teabo, & 2 peeps had it.
