to be honest you could get the same results with one of those wheel things, ummm I don't remeber the name maybe ABWheel? The one with handles and a rolling wheel, and for much cheaper as well.

I just bought one for $20 at the K-Mart that's going out of business here. It's only been a few days but I love it.

Glad I could help! I couldn't pass it up when I saw it since it was originally $100. Now I don't have an excuse not to exercise.:D

Sure, no problem! So far I love it. I'm a little sore but maybe that's from years of sitting on my butt.:D

So far so good! No back pain but boy am I out of shape!! My abs hurt the first few days but not now. I can't tell a difference but my husband said he can. I like using it though. It's really easy and it's small enough it fits under the bed. Now if I could just get myself out jogging.;)

I'm glad to hear it! I had been a bit apprehensive about it bc I had heard from several people that it caused them pain spasms and other pains. I have a back injury and can't do sit-ups/crunches at all but I'm caught in a catch-22. If I could develope my stomach muscles, then it would take some pressure off of my back, but I can't develope the stomach muscles bc it hurts to do the crunches. The Torso track looked like it would be a more pain-free way to do it.

Thank you so much for your input!

I can't do sit ups or crunches either so I really like that it doesn't hurt my back. Everything else I tried caused too much pain but this is great.:)

sigh.

I have been using it for 2 days and I feel nothing other than soreness in my arms. AM I doing something wrong?
