HANES® WEDGIE-FREE™ Wednesday GIVEAWAY RULES
March 12, 2008 – December 30, 2008
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR OBLIGATION REQUIRED. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. User must agree to these rules by checking "I agree with the rules and regulations" to proceed.

Eligibility:
Open to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry. Persons who are immediate family members (parents, children, siblings) of, or live in the same household as, employees or directors, or are themselves employees or directors, of Hanesbrands Inc, or their subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules. Hanesbrands Inc., Attn: Hanes Wedgie-Free Web Marketing, 1000 East Hanes Mill Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105 is the sponsor of the Promotion (the "Sponsor").

Timing:
The Giveaway begins on EACH WEDNESDAY at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") beginning on March 12, 2008, and ends THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY at 11:59:59 p.m. EST. Entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. EST. on the last day of each promotion period to be entered in that weekly drawing. Final promotion period ends on December 30, 2008.

To Enter:
No purchase necessary. To enter, follow the links from the e-mail to sponsor’s web site www.wedgiefree.com and fill out the official entry form completely pursuant to the instructions. (Estimated time to answer: approximately 1 minute.) Entrants must complete all required sections in the official entry form, including name, address, e-mail address, and preferred style and size of panty prize, and click the “Enter to win” button. Any other method of Internet entry is void. Entries must be received by the Sponsor by 11:59:59 pm EST on EACH Tuesday . Non-compliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. Limit of one (1) entry per email address per weekly promotion period. More than one (1) entry from an email address will void all entries from that email address for that period. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means are not eligible. Non-winning entries do NOT carry over into subsequent promotion periods.

Prizes:
Five hundred (500) winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about THURSDAY OF EACH WEEK, from among all eligible entries received for the prior promotion period. Each winner will receive one (1) Hanes® Cotton Panty or a Hanes® ComfortSoft® Waistband Panty. The sizes available in the giveaway are: Bikini: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9; Hipster: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10; and Brief: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. Color of prize is within the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor expects to be able to honor style and size requests, but reserves the right to substitute a style and/or size in the event a particular style and size combination is not available. Approximate Retail Value per potential winner: $2.00. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes awarded per weekly promotion period: $1,000.

Prizes will be mailed to the address provided in the entry forms within 10 to 12 weeks from the drawing date. All applicable taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner. Limit one prize per person per e-mail address during the entire promotion. No cash in lieu of prize or substitution of prize. Returned prizes will not be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each promotion period.

For a list of the weekly prize winners, send a self-addressed envelope, for receipt within thirty (30) days from the date of the drawing to Hanesbrands Inc., Attn:Hanes Wedgie Free Web Marketing, 1000 East Hanes Mill Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105 Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of Winners' List. You must specify for which week you wish the list of winners or else Sponsor will not be able to process your request.

Other Considerations:
By accepting a prize, winners agree that the Sponsor, and those acting under its authority, may use winner's name for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE THAT THE SPONSOR, ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY GIVEAWAY OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. The Giveaway is void in all jurisdictions where prohibited.

Sponsor will only use data about entrants obtained from the Giveaway entry forms in accordance with our stated Privacy Policy. By entering this Giveaway on the on-line registration, entrant agrees to such use of the personal data, which will be kept at Sponsor's premises in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA. At any time, you may obtain a summary of the Personal Information on record with Sponsor. You may request that Sponsor dispose of or update any or all Personal Information about you. Miscellaneous:
All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway, and to select winners from among the eligible entries received during the Promotion prior to such event.
