i agree with everyone else a check up is your best bet,as alot of us have the same symptons, but different problems-i had cysts in my ovaries and a fibroid tumor on the whole left half of my uterus,i would bleed for 3 weeks out of the month-@28 i finally had a hysterectomy, and have not had any problems since then

If you have been to the doctor and there is nothing wrong then try drinking Chamomile tea for your cramps. I've read it helps, my daughter who is 28 has a IUD and the medicine she takes can cause bad cramping. I had her try it and it helped her out alot. I had her drink it once a day for 2 weeks before her period then on her period the same amount. But you can drink it more often. I was lucky to get her to drink it once a day. She liked it but would forget to make it so I had to do it for her. You can search chamomile tea menstrual cramps to find more info on it.

I never had the other symptoms but I had migraines....for 20 years....6 days a month every month, like clockwork. No one could do anything for me. (we're talking late 80's) I finally convinced my doc to perform a total hysterectomy and I haven't had a migraine since...truthfully!

Not saying that that should be your answer but that is what worked for me at the time.

I vote for the gyno visit too - years ago, I had a fibroid the size of a grapefruit in my uterine wall, and quite a bit of endometrial tissue - actually woke my husband up in the middle of the night once to take me to the ER because I thought I was seriously ill when I had severe cramps. When I had my hysterectomy, one ovary had been completely encapsulated in endo tissue, and the surgery took 30 additional minutes to do the 'dusting and cleaning', as my gyno surgeon called it. She threw in the appendectomy, too. Hardly ever get migraines any more, and when I do, they've been quite mild.

I used to have horrible periods like that also, and when I had a hysterectomy is was like a sigh of relief. I would just about faint at times the pain was so bad. It was worse than childbirth.
