I have issues with breaking out on the back of my neck when I use Pantene. It took me awhile to figure out that was what was doing it. But it's only when I use Pantene and I love it unfortunately. Weird, huh?

I looked and there are pimple like rashes on my upper arm and like four on my forehead. This is the only different product I have used, so I am for sure that it is the shampoo. I am taking the shampoo back tomorrow and contacting pantene. My recommendation is, dont buy this shampoo. Benedryl isnt even helping
When I first read this I thought I read under arms (arm pits) and was like why is she using it there. LOL
Yep it may contain a ingredient that you are allergic to. Like I can't use bubble bath or I will break out ESP. in the lower region.
If it is itchy, I know this will sound REALLY wierd but use a vaginal creme on them. That will stop the itchiness.....

I have mild psorisas and I use pantene daily. It used to be my favorite. However after having a bogo coupon for dove awhile back its now my fave.......
But still have a stockpile of pantene to go thru.

I have a tangled hair problems also and the best one I have found that keeps it from knotting to death is Loreal Pro Vive. It use to not work on the tangles until they changed it a few years ago. It is nice not to have to use a detangler anymore (and cheaper).

I have never had a problem with Pantene, however Aussie makes my hair look like I haven't washed it in a couple of weeks.

I recall someone posting months ago about using baking soda to soften their hair against hard water and I use it every so often and it does work. It also seems to give mine a nice shine to it. I just mix the bs with my shampoo in my hand and then leave in my hair while i'm showing so its "stewing" for awhile.

Maybe you should try some hydrocortisone cream on the rash and see if that helps.

she has never been allergic to mushrooms. it was a face mask product and mushrooms was one of the ingredients. im not sure if it was even that but it was the only thing we could figure out because she had used there products before without any problems

I HATE GARNIER. I've used it twice and broke out so bad I had to go to the dr. Co. did pay for everything after I sent documentation, bills, photo's. They were really nice about it, too. However, I'm afraid to use any of their other products. I don't want the same reaction.

Pantene I've never had a problem with. I don't use it much though...it's so expensive. Hope you're feeling better soon.

Call Pantene, let them know what's happened. I'm sure they want to keep up with good c/s. May take a couple of phone calls, a little snail mail or emails but in my case it was worth it.

This is funny but not....after the Garnier incident the co. sent me 4 cases of their shampoo and conditioner for my own personal use. Needless to say a lot of my girlfriends were excited in their Christmas basket when they found 2 or 3 bottles of each product. Still have some....Aggie won't use it.

isn't that crazy the way it works out, you use a product, and it makes you sick, bad reactions etc.... and you let them know, and they send you coupons or free products of their products~~ I remember my x getting food poisoning from mazzios salad bar, guess what they gave me, free vouchers/coupons to eat their for free, and coupons and stuff. Yeah, like we were going to eat their again anytime soon! Crazy.
