On my local news sites you can respond to the articles. Well it just so happens that the major story of the day was an overnight house fire inwhich 3 children were killed. while there's many posting their condolences, we have people who are complete buttheads saying "angels today criminals tomorrow" and 'where's their daddy? in jail?"

it seriously pisses me off that people have this God complex and since it just so happens that since the children/families were black they think the fire was caused by bad parenting blah blah.

it makes me so mad that people are really like this during such a tragedy...if i could i'd donkey punch them in the cahones!!

Yes, I have noticed that too when I go to news sites. There always has to be at least one idiot in the bunch. Karma has a way of coming back and getting those people later. Just sit back and wait. No use talking sense to people who have none

I've noticed that, too.
Some of the comments can be so inane that they're funny but most are just downright mean. It saddens me that we've become so hateful.

I also notice the same thing on my local news website. I have to admit, sometimes the comments are funny-but not when it pertains to tragedy. Fortunately, the newspaper has someone that comes along and sweeps away the really dreadful comments but I've read some of the really bad ones before the 'sweeper' gets there.

It never fails to amaze me how people will say hurtful, hateful things. Ah, the good ol' mask of posting hate online. As if any of these spineless jerks would ever say these things in person.

Most do it, I think just to get a reaction.

GODS will and try to impose it on others with their comments. im sorry i never did think judging others was my duty or comments on others problems were appropriate , if i couldnt help i kept my opinions to my self , and holier than thou people make me cringe.and feel sad for them,
