No wonder why.....
N&I was closed for discussions some people can't follow simple directions like not responding to SPAM. They have to keep replying to the crap.

Hmm, funny how others posted in the same thread on how we are not suppose to reply to them. Find something more important to complain about, geez. If I'm gonna get in trouble for it let me be the one to get in trouble for it and move on with your life.

Simple rules.  :
I think another rule is once a thread is closed, one is not supposed to keep opening up other threads to complain about it and keep mentioning it...... 
Gotta love the irony....
And if one whines about another's whining, is that not whining too?  Ditto for complaining.......

I could be wrong here, but I don't think Loris is really whining about N/I being on lock-down, I think it's an observation on people knowing that they've broken the rules causing that and still continue to do things that the mods have asked us not to.
*shrugs*
