See, this is where the problem lies......
If the first person comments on the second person.....it's 'pointing it out'...but if the third person comments on the first person...it's 'stirring'? Why is it not just considered 'pointing it out' as well?

No you don't get an email from a mod, unless you have it set for the board to send you an email when you get a PM. It automatically sends you a PM when you get an infraction or official warning. will get a PM and also you can see any infractions you have gotten on your profile page. No one can see except you and the mods/admin.
And no, it's not a friendly nor unfriendly PM, it is straight up a PM telling you to follow the TOS.
