I am so sorry this is happening. I am sickened by our system. I don't know how you haven't killed the sick SOB, and/or taken your DD and run, because if it were me one or the other would have happened.

Back in December, after they closed the 2nd investigation where there was actually physical (if not DNA) evidence, I called the county attorney, the state attorney general's office, as well as the CPS main office in Frankfort. Frankfort said they would look at the case again, but nothing happened. No one had any answers.
Unfortunately, I don't have family in another country. And I barely have family out of state that I know. I honestly don't know where else to turn. Your right, I do feel helpless because I can't keep her safe.

Take her to her regular doctor for documentation.

Reading that, it reminds me SO much of my current situation. I have spoken to her physician and he can't do a forensic exam. She was in counseling, but since he had the kids during the week over the summer, I had to discontinue therapy and haven't gotten her back in yet. I have honestly done everything I can so far, including contacting county and state officials. I keep running into walls no matter where I turn.

Oh, dear, I am so sad for you and pissed off that the state is not doing more for your situation. That sucks so much. I can not believe, with all you have described, he has visitation at all.

Any time you are forced to make her go visit, keep all of her panties and anything else. If she says he did it again,there should be semen left, ( if it goes that far). I am with the others though, I would do everything I could to NOT make her go. News, etc like others said. Once the media becomes involved, police are more likely to do move faster, and judges. Other than that, I would take my kids to some hobunk little town in BFE.

Keep on that doctor; if he won't do something, go to another one.

I wouldn't let her go there and I would wait until I was the one in trouble for not allowing visitation... then the media would be involved. I know around here the media will not get involved in a case like this because it will identify the victim of child or sexual abuse.

I would seek counsel from a lawyer. Set up an appointment with the local prosecuting attorney. There has to be someone that will listen to you.

A broken femur at 2 months old? WOW! You have way more patience (or whatever you want to call it) then me.
By no means would that child be alone with him ever again!

How about contacting John Walsh or Americas Most Wanted and ask them for some advice on what to do or who to speak with.

What really sucks is that we as parents are suppose to protect our children.We teach our children that if someone is touching them they should tell someone.When they do tell nobody listens and nothing is done about it.What does this teach our children?

Im sorry that you and your daughter have to go through this.I know what your daughter is going through and my heart aches so bad for her.Please dont make her go see that SOB.I will be praying for you and your daughter.

I say pack up all you can get in your vehicle and go, if you don't think you can kill him. I can't imagine making her go visit him. Even if she is lying (which I doubt she is) there is a reason she doesn't want to go to his house. I am not judging you at all, just saying what I would do. If you can't kill him and won't pack up and leave, then hold your ground. If they send you to jail then so be it. I would gladly sit in jail for the rest of my life instead of my daughter being molested, kwim? Seriously, you can not allow this to continue. It isn't fair to your daughter. You really need to act quickly. She is already going to have a hard enough time with this when she is older, you don't want/need it to get even worse. Do you only have the one child? I am not being ugly but you are her mommy, its your responsibilty to protect her at all cost. Please please please don't allow this little baby to go with that sick sick man and his messed up crazy wife. Your daughter is counting on you. Wrap your arms around her and keep her safe. Do what you have to do, call the media, contact whomever you need to. Do not rest until your little baby doesn't ever have to lay eyes on him again. I would not even allow him supervised visitation rights. He is a freak! Please don't think I am being mean, I just really worry about your baby. Good luck!!!
