Do you have a local chapter for abused children or even rape crisis? They can often refer to countless resources that may be able to help. Get as many of them involved as you can and stay w/it. Don't let him get away w/this chit. So sorry that little girl is going thru this.

No answers, but please continue so there are only supervised visits with the father.

The kicker to all this is - CPS and the courts maintain that he should have visitation despite the fact that she has accused him. And, even when him and his new wife had THEIR son taken away from them because he broke his femur at 2mos old, my kids still had to go visit with them. The new wife has been charged with and arrested for 2nd degree criminal abuse of a child under 12yrs of age and STILL my kids are going to their house for 3-4 days at a time.

Who is next over CPS? Theres got to be someone that watches what they do that you can turn too if they wont help you and your daughter. Theres got to be someone they have to answer too if they don't help a child.

WTF?!?! I hope all those people who told me to call CPS are reading this and see this is why I refuse to go that route with my son...too many things fall through the cracks!!

Precious, Please contact everyone you can about this...the news...state reps..the governors office...enough is enough!

I know legally this is about the worst thing you can do but my natural instinct is to take my kids and run like hell. If the law ever caught up with us I would make sure EVERY news outlet in the world knew why we ran. Illegals live under the radar all the time and that's exactly what I would do. I'd work for cash under the table odd jobs internet work anything and live poorly until the kids were adults.

Have you contacted Women Helping Women? While they do pull some stunts that I don't approve of, they do do a lot of good in some areas.

Yeah... I'm pretty sure I'd flee the country. I'm lucky enough to have the resources (family in another country) to do that if I needed to. Do you? I'd like to say I don't understand how CPS could let this go on... but frankly, having been in a situation (physical abuse but not sexual) where nothing was done... I know how helpless you feel. I am praying for your little girl.
