I kinda figured that when she posted pics of her and the family..LOL. Besides when Michelle had drama it was totally unbelievable, remember we all use to argue whether it was true or not!!

I was only asking thats all because your post are all about your drama. As far as PTSD most of us have a form of it and child support can go after his SS checks. I wasnt avoiding this thread either but I had to work tonight and I am going back for 7 am.

Child support cannot go after his SSDI checks. She will be able to sign up for survivors benefits for her child.
About the drama, everyone has it some just need, like or just plain out of boredom want to post about it. Who cares, it gives everyone something to read, and respond to if so inclined, or NOT..whats the biggie? She isn't hurting anyone, or asking for anything but support. Don't worry be happy

Tell that to my brother. He lived in Tennessee, they lived in Michigan and the state of michigan could and did go after his SSDI for child support of a child he was unaware he had. They had divorced and she never told him until the state did.
Actually, he is still unsure to this day if she is even his. The state of Michigan recognises the child as his because they were married at the time she was conceived even though it is very possible he had already left the state and had joined the military when she was.
And why survivor benefits? Her ex isnt deceased.
