so funny you mention that-this eve I was out walking my dogs and there was a man sitting at the bustop-rather lying down on the bench, you get my point? My dog went right up to him and put his paws up on him. The man was so overjoyed to have such attention paid to him I think. He sat there with my dog licking his face and just giving him attention. It made me feel so good knowing that my dog had probably made this man's day.
......all the while, my one other dog was on the other half of a double leash and was sitting in between this gentleman's legs...and he wreaked of urine! I couldn't help but giggle to myself almost started laughing outloud.
Now I am in no way making fun of this man....just making the point that it is too bad we humans can't be more like dogs but knowing how dogs have such sensitive sniffers, I am surprised I didn't have to give them mouth-to-mouth
My mother always said, "a skunk always smells his own hole first" but golly, seems like they don't realize how bad they smell.
