Carmen Electra cruise - Big Big Forums

For the past four days, we've gotten calls from Carmen Electra hawking some kind of cruise line. It's automated, and it's a pain in the neck. All hours, although they do seem to enjoy dinnertime.

I did some checking online, and it seems it's one of those "you signed up for something, now we're calling you" deals. I don't remember signing up for anything, using my real phone number.

I just want Carmen to get back on her Gilligans Island Ragged a$$ boat, and leave me alone. Anyone else getting these calls?

Not me thank goodness. I didn't think those GMC warranty ones would ever stop though. But they finally did after a year of getting them multiple times a day.

We're on the do not call list, but we don't have caller ID. We don't get enough calls to warrant it. It seems like Carmen is the only one who wants to call us these days. lol The joke is she calls to make sure we're still breathing. Such a good friend.

I got another call just a few minutes ago. An actual person. I sort of let her have it. I know it isn't her fault, but I've had it. I told her that if the calls didn't stop, I'd be contacting the Do Not Call registry. She said she'd put us on the don't call list, but it might take up tp 72 hours to enact. We'll see.

Wow, I thought this was for an actual Carmen Electra cruise-like she would be on the boat or something. I was like what? LOL Never got any calls from her but our work numbers constantly get the recording-Horn sounding then hello this is our captain, blah, blah, very annoying. anyway, I hope they stop calling you.

I guess I'm no longer her friend either. lol She quit calling after I gave her calling buddy an earful. Whew!

Of course, now that I've said that, she'll probably start calling again.

I keep getting calls on my cell for debt consolidation & for extending my car warranty.
Never a live person, just apre-recorded call. I just got this freaking cell phone too!
