Very dangerous advice IMO.
What if someone other than the intended injests this? Like a young child? OR one of her own pets? And if she did get caught, she'd go to jail. So not worth it IMO, go the legal route.

Why would you even suggest this??? Do you know how cruel this is? The dog will suffer a long time before it dies...

next time someone behind you blows at you cause they think you are not moving fast enough, start to move quick then slam on the brakes. but only if you are alone with no kids in the car. when they hit you just sit there and dont move. it is their fault cause they hit you. so make the call to 911 have an ambulance take you to the hospital to get checked head to toe. tell them you hurt everywhere so it cost the other persons ins a ton. his rates will go thru the roof if he doesnt get dropped. they will think next time about blowing the horn.

Ok, back in june my kids were taking our jack russel for a walk on his leash in our back yard. We have a large yard, and haven't been able to afford to put in a fence, and I don't let my dogs just run around. (We are in a VERY rural, btw) Well, my neighbors two houses down have a rottweiler, and although they do have a chain link fence, she has a history of getting out. They know this, well she gets out, runs to my yard and proceeds to attack my dog with my children right there. My daughter is 10 and my son is 8. My daughter was holding the leash, and the only reason my dog, Snickers, survived was because my dd tried to pull him out of the way so the rott was only able to attack his back half. He ended up needing surgery, $3000 worth. Well my neighbor says i'm sorry we can' afford it. We managed to get financing for his surgery and I'm glad to say he is back to 100%. I told them the dog had to go, one way or another. He took her up to his moms house, and I didn't sue for the vet bills because, well to be honest I clearly let people walk all over me.
So, a month after this he says that he's bringing the dog back because she is allergic to something at his mom's house. But he promises this time he'll fix the fence so she can't get out. UGH Again...let people walk all over me.
Fast forward to today, I go to get the mail, and that dog is out running around the neighborhood! They aren't home, so I put a note in their mailbox telling them that the dog needs to go now. I'm giving them a week to get her out of here or I'm calling a lawyer.
If you made it through all that thanks for listening! I just really needed to vent about this!

I am seriously pissed right now, but not just at the idiot with the vicious dog, but the OP!! How could you not report this dog??????????? What if it was one of your kids he attacked and you know it very well could have been!! This dog should be put to sleep immediately!! I feel sick just knowing that dog could come back again and your children could be the ones attacked and not your precious dog...sorry but this is really getting to me. It is your responsibility to report this dog, because if and when he attacks again it will be on your shoulders if he gets another dog or worse a child.

There had never been issues with this dog before, and the day it happened I told him the dog needed to go away. He sent the dog that day up to his moms house, who has no children or other animals. It was a surprise to me when he felt it was ok to bring it back.
Ok, I need some advice now. I am wanting now to go to court, get my money for the bills, and get the dog gone. What would be the best way to do that? I don't have money for a lawyer outright, and I know there are some who won't charge you until you get your money, but I've had a few friends go through divorces in the last few years and have seen how crazy expensive lawyers are. I don't want to go to court only to inccure tons of lawyer and court fees. Is there a better way to do it?

I would file a small claims suit. The max is $5K depending on your state some are as low as $3500. You need to pay a filing fee not usually over $50 which can be included in your damages. All judges do not allow for the filing claim though most do. Small claims court is designed for just this type of suit. Lawyers are not allowed in court unless they are the plaintiff or the defendant or have direct testimony.
The dog will not be forced out. Most states allow a dog one incident only and if this was his first then you might be out of luck. However, they judge may impose on them the need to put up a fence ot teether the dog or have an adult out with the dog.
Good luck

I'm tellin ya... if it was me, I'd see about getting it set up on Judge Judy. If you have ever watched her show... she HATES "big dogs", so you're pretty much guaranteed a win if you have all the proper paper work. The only thing she would be upset about is how long it took you to file... but you can explain that just by the fact that he sent the dog away.
I know ppl think it's silly... but hey, just cause it's on tv doesn't mean you won't get the justice you deserve.
