I don't know the entire story,nor do I know the parties involved, but based on the OP's posting...something isn't right.

I'm glad my children know that their mommy is ALWAYS on their side and will ALWAYS do what I can to make them safe and feel loved. no matter what.

here's why i don't think calling CYS would be the best thing right now...even if they don't speak to my son with them in the room it would most likely be in their home...and i know he will not dare say anything for fear of the beezy taking it out on him in some way shape or form...

I've tried to get him back here. when he was home on spring break he was wanting to come back- he even told his dad, however he knew he had to wait until the end of the school year. at that time he was still living at his grandparents. well like a week after he got home from spring break his dad and the gf took him out of school(they lied to ex's parents saying aj slipped up about not living with his dad and kicking other kids meanwhile the ex and the gf maliciously went to the school and told them they didn't live there..nice eh they blamed my son because they wanted to be an a$$ to me!!). that's when all hell broke loose! the ex used to be super close to his family especially his mother and lil bro...now his lil bro REFUSES to speak to him because the ex is so far up the wilderbeast's a$$(that would be the gf- ex's father gave her that name LOL!!) and he won't listen to what the family is telling him. his lil bro and older sis even went to his house on the 4th of july to b!tch him out- they b!tched her out too because she kept putting her 2 cents in, of course the beezy blamed me for that meanwhile i was at work and had no idea anything was going down at all not to mention 400+ miles away. everytime i'd call to talk to the ex about AJ she'd be barking in the background, which pissed me off. aj's biracial (part asian) and he has white blotches on his arms neck and back...they took him to a dr who looked with a woods lamp and had them in an uproar that it was something called TSC(can't remember the long drawn out term) which can cause tumors, behavior issues, and developemental delays....my son is brilliant smarter than most the kids in his class...anyways when they told me about this i said i wanted a 2nd opinion the beezy FLIPPED out on me even calling me a c u next tuesday(if ya know what i mean) because i wasn't thinking about her baby...umm that's not my child to worry about..not to mention it's not proven he has that nor have they even done any other tests or looked at any other possibilities.

i've been on the phone with aj and had to make him leave the room because every other word out the wilderbeasts mouth was F*CK and even when he told his dad i told him to leave the room and he went into the other room i could still hear the beezy!!

gawd there's really alot of shyt i can tell you about her and him and what my son has been thru. when the beezy hit him with the belt it was because him and her son woke the baby up....c'mon now first off you're not a 1st time mother you know you have to teach babies to fall sleep and have noise going on, secondly kids are LOUD....it's expected!

They (ex and wilderbeast) both have laptops...her kids are permitted on them, while my son is not(she says it's cuz he doesn't know how to work a computer meanwhile he was on mine just fine when he was here!)....she's told the ex's family to not buy my son anything toy wise because they're not getting her kids stuff too and he comes home and brags...ex's lil bro his gf and her son were going to the circus they wanted to take AJ...the wilderbeast said no because her kids weren't invited....seriously the beezy has issues, control issues. I've tried to be nice to the ex friendly etc, she puts a stop to it. anything concerning me she's very ignorant. i've tried to be nice and reach out to her...she's simply a byotch. that's why i think that if i go to CYS she'll find a way to take it out on my son..she's already so mean spirited to him and lord knows what else..

now her kids however get to do stuff w/o my son, hell they even went on vacation down south when my son was here with me but they won't let aj do anything unless her kids are permitted???

you say all that yet aren't willing to do anything? if anything, that's more of a reason to do something instead of just waiting. Most school counselors are so busy with a million other things and they aren't necessarily licensed. They may have a degree but that doesn't meant that they're licensed to deal with those kind of issues and helping your son with them. If you're so worried about your son's mental health, then he needs to see someone at a mental health agency AND he needs to get out of a potentially abusive and neglectful situation.

I'm not saying I'm not willing to do anything. In a sense I'm caught in a catch 22...damned if i do damned if i don't.
If I call CYS they will most likely speak to my son @ the home even though the ex and gf aren't in same room he still wouldn't talk. The gf would know it's me who called and then i run into my son being treated even worse, and them cutting his contact to me(as it is my phone calls are hardly answered...the excuse is the ex is at work and i'm not allowed to call the gf's cell phone because she's a beezy) I've told the ex that AJ needs to see someone about the divorce and all that, he won't take him!!

The only logical thing i can think of is reaching out to the school for help.

I may not be the perfect parent, but i know that no one else on this board is either. I'm trying to figure out the best way to get the answers and not have my son retalitated against by her.

Catch 22 ??? Are you serious?? Your son is getting abused and not fed correctly and emotionally abused. I can't believe that you are still doing nothing....

OK, First of all I think you should forget about the drama w/this beezy and focus on your son. Call CPS or whatever agency is in the area and explain the entire situation. Explain what you think is going on, what your son has said, and the fear you have of his situation getting worse. Clearly something has to be done to protect this child. There is no catch22 when it comes to your son's health and wellbeing.

I would move mountains for my children if I needed to. Don't tell me you can't make a few phone calls.

Wow, this person reminds me of another member from the past, and I just cant pinpoint the name right now. She got alot of members to give her stuff. The last of which was things for a baby that she was expecting, that ended up being her DH's and her sister's and she told everyone the baby died when in reality it was taken by CPS.

The baby was biracial and had discolorations too.

Umm, yeah so not me. I was originally known as cutestuff, then i think it was mom2jal who changed me to ghetto_gurl. Ghetto_gurl (if you search me) now comes up as banned because i have this account...which is no skin off my nose i couldn't remember the password nor do i have access to that email any longer to regain my password.

Also, i was not someone who took stuff from people, i was a giver....once i even organized something for xmas for bbs'ers who couldn't afford to give their kids a xmas.

Nice that even though i was away for a few years nothing has really changed
