I didn't even realize it was starting in april... thought it wasn't supposed to come to fruition until June...
$10 is nothing... Obama is actually going to give me my own taxpayer funded money, so I can turn around and give to Granholm so that kids can go to college for free (without any federal pell grant, etc).

Ours started back the first payweek of March. If you don't get it through payroll FITW reduction you will get it on your tax return next year if you meet the requirements. I saw someone above stated it was for 2 years I believe it was only for 2009.

I have already told hr I want to change my wt forms and take out the 30.00. I didn't have it before and I don't want to end up having to pay in because of it.

I did the same thing because I know with my luck they will not adjust the tax tables and there will be lots of people owing lots of money to the IRS next April.

How exactly do you know if you got it or not? Is it in the FICA spot on your paystub? Like would that spot just be lower than normal or would there actually be a spot on your stub where it actually says "stimulus money" or something of that nature?

My son is on disability but he didn't get anything about getting a check. But on a good not He got his qmb so he doesn't have to pay or his Medicare now and they did pay him back for the months he was paying it. I know off topic.

well if this already started, then I didn't even notice it in dh's check... wonder if they just decided to take more out in state taxes instead??
his check was the same as it was 2 checks ago.  :
