Can we say tacky? I can understand a John Deere groom's cake, but other than that, it is just plain tacky - and rude of her to expect such a change on short notice - tell her you cannot do it.

One time I ask a groom's mother what they needed and she told me "there will be a money tree". They didn't get s-i- from me!

Ok so after reading all of your posts and laughing till I almost cried about some. I will anser the # 1 question. She was 17 when she got pregnant and yes we all know what that is. unfortunatly her parents were not smart enough to pursue any thing on him.
I had a long talk with both of them last night and explained to them that changing this many things 2 weeks out was CRAZY. So they decided that they would go out and buy the new decorations and still pay me for the ones I bought. I did show them some of the sites that I found yesterday and THEY ARE GOING TO BUY FROM ONE OF THEM!!! I also told them that becaue of the fact that I now how to redesign the layout for the new THEME that there would be $100 fee. And they agreed I guess that when you have money to just blow it is fine.
And thanks Quaker Parrots because now I have the perfect theme song to the reception. Maybe that can be the 1st dance!! LOL

Oh no you should use "She thinks my tractor's sexy" by Kenny Chesney for the wedding song. It is too perfect.

I agree. Sad part is I am sure some of my cousins would think the JD theme would be perfectly acceptable for a "formal" wedding.
