GmaDebbie: can you post the Michigan Statute regarding the fecal cleanup? I can not find it in the statutes for Michigan Law.

Poor dog! What a jerk! That beautiful animal deserves better treatment,and you guys deserve your own unpolluted space!
Definitely call A.Control,,or fiind the dog a good home when no one is
looking....yeah,I really said that!

That's a beautiful dog. I am sorry you are having so much trouble w/ this situation. I don't have any answers or suggestions, just hope it all works out for you.

Towards the bottom it states a little about excessive animal waste, even talks about water...whether it's accurate or up to date I'm not completely sure.

I've had a problem with our neighbors before also. I live in a townhouse w/a patio outback. Living in an apartment/townhouse complex we all know how close you are to your neighbors - Well, my "loving" neighbor had 2 HUGE dogs and would poop ALL over their patio, mind you our patios are only divided by wood fence. The smell this summer when it was hot outside made me gag - it probably made our flowers wilt (lol) Anyways, I complained to the management/owners multiple times finally it was cleaned up for a week. Obviously the neighbors with the dogs didn't care because they moved out in August (this month). Then I notice notes on their door about how they just moved out - violating the lease. ATLEAST THEY ARE GONE VIOLATING OR NOT!!
