It was NOT sent as an echeck thats why I was so shocked that it could be a CLEARED payment and then actually be reversed. You know when you sell on ebay where the buyers name is has a dollar sign in blue I think when they pay and mine now has a reverse arrow, weirdest thing I ever saw.

I don't know what could have happened then. I've never heard of that happening. I'd go to the ebay forums and ask if anyone there has ever had it to happen to them.

No.. its a normal payment.. using their debit card.. or checking account as backup.. so lets say she had $1 in paypal.. but sent $133 payment to Tami.. they would pull the $1 from actual funds.. and the $132 from her secondary backup... so it would come to Tami as free and clear money.. because paypal assumes that the payment is going to clear the debit card.. or the checking account. If there is no money in the bank... then the bank denies paypal the funds.. and paypal has to reverse the charge from Tami

It could have been a prepaid credit card too. She might have had money on it at one point, not anymore. I would call her.

People annoy me on e-bay personally. I had this lady buy one lot of hollister shirts/hoodies from me then reported to paypal that I never sent her the items - yet i had delivery confirmation and everything that the box was recv'd 4 days later!! Therefore, for TWO whole weeks I could not use my profits during that time frame aka tax free weekend due to paypal had to investigate.

Hope you get it solved.

The address that was registered with paypal and where the package was delivered is an attorneys office!! She must work there????

What a bunch of crap. I called the law offices and they answered. I asked to speak to Allison Castillo. The woman said can you hold please..I said yes. I was on hold for approxiamtely a minute when another voice came on and answered like it was a new call (Law offices of...etc). I said the same thing, may I speak to Allison Castillo. She said I can take a message for her. I said oh you bet you can. I told her she committed fraud and that a package was delivered to their law office on Friday and told her the story. She acted all dumb and wanted to know how you spell her name etc...it was probably her. I said if I am not contacted to resolve this by the end of the day I WILL file charges and she said thank you and hung up. Great, whats up with that? I will call again this afternoon and ask to speak to someone else.
