Of course, I wouldn't rip someone off though. I mean I realize that things happen and life gets in the way, but all it takes is a little note to let someone know...I never understand the whole "just ignore it and it'll go away" theory.

Sorry ya'll got ripped off, as that's what it seems like has happened.

If something had come up, that would be one thing, but when you say you mailed it already and 2 people still haven't received....well, that's different.

WEll, now paypal tells me that they ruled in my favor but can they reclaim the funds? NO>>>

What good is paypal if they can't get your money back. Sure, they still get their fee!

if the paypal user has a CC or bank account attached to their paypal acct, why can't they re-claim the funds that way.

Sorry that you got scammed. Have either of you tried using the name and address available in paypal info to look online and find a phone number to call the person?

i was thinking-maybe you could call her police department-and have them go to her house-and inform her that she has been turned in-because it is lying ,cheating ,stealing, and internet fraud. just an idea-might put some fire under her arse,to make good on her deals.
