quick ***** before I leave for church!
I have long, FINE & THICK blond hair.
Without fail, my hair on the right side of my head (not the hair on top...but the underlayers of hair) get matted up EVERY NIGHT!
It's almost painful to brush my hair!
I am a half inch short from doing locks-of-love...and I am not even sure I want to get it ALL chopped off.
Any suggestions to keep the knots away???

The title of this thread made me laugh so hard LOL
I dont really have any suggestions except maybe some extra conditioner? Can you braid your hair before you go to bed?

sleep on satin pillowcases. That's recommended for gals w/ extenstions to keep them from tangling.

I know that there are some kind of hairnets for nights, but I am not sure if it would keep your hair from tangling up.

Have you tried any of the leave in spray conditioners? I have thin fine hair and I use to use them a lot before I cut mine short. Aussie has one that works pretty well. I also use Vive pro shampoo and conditioner and with those I don't need the extra spray in conditioner.

I know what you mean. My hair is to my waist there were times I wanted to cut it all off. It hurt like hell to brush it & lose half my hair. I would alway put my hair up in a pony tail. Since I've been using sunsilk anti flat it doesn't make my hair tangle anymore. It's the only shampoo & conditioner on the market that actually works for me.

How can you have fine and thick hair? It's either fine OR thick.
Either way, I hear ya. My hair is very thick and curly and it's a ***** to comb after my shower. It takes longer to comb than it does to shower. LOL
I use a deep conditioner once a week and a foam leave in daily, seems to help.

My hair is coarse and thick, my DD's is fine and thick. I keep hers shorter so that it doesn't tangle as much.
