ok i had items for sale last week that were in an auction.. there were no bids so this buyer contacts me and says i really want that lot of clothes can i still get it. so i happily tell her yes,that was almost 5 or 6 days ago no pmt no more emails nothing.. the last time we talked a week ago she said i didnt have paypal which anyone who has bought from me in the last month knows i do...
so how long before i leave negative feedback???or stop being nice about it? what would you do?

Hmm I thought you didnt have paypal because in the other thread you said you didnt have it anymore. Also, you say something about selling the clothes a week ago but you havent heard from her for 2 weeks. Im a little confused on the timeline, now with that being said I'd wait 2 more days (not everyone can get on here everyday) that way she has time to respond and either pay or say her apologies.

my bad its been a week total..she stopped answering about last sunday.. i got my paypal fixed.. i know thats why ive been waiting and holding them for her
sorry i meesed up my dates was lookin at a different auction

Back to the point, I would wait 2 more days to see if she responds. If not, I would leave neutral feedback about being difficult to get ahold of type thing, nothing too bad. Sometimes people get busy and forget.

has this person been on the boards since? maybe something happened that's prevented her from getting back to you. Maybe send her a nice PM asking if she's still interested and give it a few days and then try to sell them to someone else?

yea thats why ive been waitng cuz she said she had some stuff goin on so i figure id be cool but i havent heard from her since 4/15/2007 and i have emailed everyday and have been very nice so i was just wondering if it woudl be rude to repost the auction or not

Personally I would just let it go. I have had several people on here have me get together a huge list of stuff they want and once I send them the total with shipping they change their mind. Yah, it's a pain, but who cares! It's not like eBay where there is a contract.

i personally would let it go and not leave anything. you haven't really lost nothing considering you had no bids anyways and unless people have been inquiring about them since the auction ended and unless you were really holding them for her and lost a potential buyer...i would just forget about it. the person may turn around and leave you negative feedback as well.

exactly, you don't have to hold items for anyone. i sell to the first person who pays. that's what i'm doing on the fsot, trying to make money, not friends.
