WHY can't they JUST give us the points? THEY SEE that we clicked on the bonus mails? WHY do I have to SAVE all my bonus mails that have not been credited, save any responses I get, copy and past them all in an email, mail them to MyPoints. THEN I get an automated response that they will look into it and NOTHING happens! I write again and again and again and STILL no response. Finally I got a response from a JUNE email telling me they gave me the points and they did not. I emailed them the info, no response. I would say that I am owed in the vicinity of 3000 points form June until present day, all documented by me but ALSO in my history! WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!

I have spent HOURS trying to rectify this and I FINALLY GIVE UP! YOU WIN, MY Points! You can keep your points as my time is worth MORE than the $20 in WebCertificates I would get with the points you owe me. IT IS JUST TOO BAD you don't value your loyal members who used to shop through you ALL THE TIME but don't bother anymore! AND I have been a member since 2/16/97! LIKE YOU CARE!

Anyone else had it with THIS GARBAGE from MyPoints?

I had like 3 ebay purchases never credited. I just cashed out for a $25 webcertificate and as soon as I receive it, I'm closing my account. Sick of all the crap.

I never had problems with Mypoints!... I have used my points for when hurricane katrtina happen. My points went to the Redcross. Then I keep getting more and more points but I order stuff and I get credited. That makes me wonder maybe some day I might have some problem. But, i been a member for at least 5 years.

What aggravates me is I did a long survey for them. Got to the end and no submit button, it just took me to mypoints site and I didn't get the 50 points for it either. It didn't even show on my account that I had taken it. I hate QTX surveys they keep asking me the same questions over and over again.

This is the FIRST time I've ever had a problem with them-let me clarify that. They have been excellent in the past, but this is just aggravating. I've even had a WalMart gift cert not make it to me, they promptly credited my points back to me so I could get another one.Other than this, and a couple of missing click points I've always been happy with them. Just hope this isn't a sign of things to come with the bankruptcy stuff.

IRONY... MyPoints is one of the best AND one of the worst!! Earning points is easy and redeeming them is fast! Getting credited for purchases..... UGH!! I never purchase from them b/c of that. Still don't know how they stay in business, but really don't care. I get my cash outs and get them FAST!! WOO HOO MP!!

Well they have made it easy to contact them with the click through. I do that and never just send them an email. They say not to email them but go through your account to contact them

Yes, it is a hassle to send them a complaint or proof of clicking on a survey or questionnaire but I do it and they usually come back with the pts.

On any purchase anymore I send them the confirmation email as soon as I get it. That way I don't forget. They always come back with the same stock answer---you need to wait 30 days before the pts will show up in your account.

Never delete your confirmation until the pts. are in your account. You may have to send it to them again.

Recently they gave me 500 pts when I compained they didn't give me the 50 pts for signing up for a free newsletter so in the long run that makes up for the pts I never was credited for. They said they credited me the pts but it should have been 50, not 500. I told them about it but they never corrected it. Maye they know they mess up and that was their way to correct some of it.

I usually don't shop through them unless I will get numerous pts. Like 1,000 pts for Avon or 2,500 pts for Lancome. You can check pt programs to see which ones give the most pts for a certain company.

Go to http://www.comparerewards.com/ and see if My Pts. rank higher than others.

I've been a member for over 5 years & never had a problem until these past few months.

They didn't credit my account for 4 out of the last 5 Ebay purchases I made. That was about a nightmare & took forever to get fixed.

Back in the first week of June I signed up for 4 of the newsletter offers under the Plus Points section for 500 points & those weren't credited either. Nearly each time they emailed me, they requested that I send them the confirmation emails from those 4 sites, which has been atleast 8 times. So when they finally credit my account, they added in the 500 points - 50 points. I'm not going to even bother asking why they took 50 points away.

Since then, Sept. 10, I've done 2 of the MyPoint BonusMail Surveys for 50 points each & those haven't been credited either.

Yeah, they're starting to irritate me too.

still have yet to have a problem with them the points (pending for 30 days) are posted in my account with in 24-48 hours and ive been credited for every point so far.i hope this isnt things to come.

I did a 50 point survey on 9/12 and was not credited. I care this time because it was over 30 minutes for an IT survey that I kept thinking would end but there were more and more server questions. The response from MyPoints was to wait 30 days and then contact them. I will never do another survey from their emails.
