News Headlines Here For Ever
There was this guy that escaped and only had a few days left to serve. What would you think? Well they ended up blaming him for endless car thefts, gun robberies, shooting at cops, stolen atv's. I am thinking bad cop in my brain cause I know that some exist. There are good police and then there are nasty rotten jerk cops!

Re: News Headlines Here For Ever
They can blame him all they want, but proof will be provided for anything that actually materializes and that poor guy is gonna be locked up for a LONG time.
I agree with above though... and if it quacks like a duck... must be a duck!

I heard that they found him in the woods. He surrendered to police. This whole thing has me in shock. Everyday on the news plus they think it's him doing all these criminal acts when he only had three days left in jail. I still think in my head good cop or really bad cop. Everything in all the counties around here has been blamed on Ralph Bucky Phillips cause they initially said he shot a cop. I really don't think I'd want to be in his shoes right now. I'd bet he's being beaten as I'm writing this. No I absolutely heard nothing about him having a stolen vechicle at the beginning of the day. So I believe the police gave him one. Sorry to say that they stick up for one another that way.

Re: News Headlines Here For Ever
Since his escape, Phillips has evaded police, helped himself to food, clothes and guns from unattended homes and hunting cabins in western New York, and is believed to have stolen about 15 cars, and last weekend, Phillips was suspected of stealing several weapons from a gun shop and a car, police said.
State police have now said that Phillips approached the troopers from behind, unprovoked and fired eleven times. The manhunt is concentrated in Chautauqua County, according to reports.
State police have arrested six people believed to have helped Ralph Bucky Phillips. They warn that anyone who assists him will be taken into custody.
*****************************************
So the guy escaped, has done all of this above and you think he is being framed or something? I would say if he is dumb enough to escape knowing that he was about to be released, then he is dumb enough to do what many different police officers and highway patrolmen have accused him of.

Re: News Headlines Here For Ever
The police knew where he was because they saw him earlier in the day driving a STOLEN car. They then followed him. When he was surounded by a swat team with a helicopter over head is when he gave it up. There has been more than one stupid person to break out with only a couple of days left.

Re: News Headlines Here For Ever
I would also like to add that prison does not always rehabilitate an individual - and he is a prime example. Folk hero my a$$ - he was found GUILTY of shooting a police.
Perhaps there are a few "bad" cops - but there are A LOT more hardened criminals like good ol' Bucky. His supporters should be ashamed of themselves for helping him and putting the entire community in danger.

Are you freakin' kidding me? This "man" - and I use that term loosely - is a CAREER CRIMINAL, having served time in jail nearly half of his pathetic, adult life. He's 43, yet he's been in jail for over 20 years on various charges. This Mensa member then decides to escape from prison - a crime in and of itself - with just a couple weeks left to serve on his term. He allegedly steals numerous cars and motorcycles, breaks into homes to steal food, clothing and guns, shoots at police officers, not once, but three times, killing one of them and severely wounding another who remains comatose over a week later, he harasses and threatened other police officers before he was finally recaptured ... and you want to think of him as some kind of folk hero??! Put down the crack pipe and come back to reality. The guy is a scumbag, and he will now serve the remainder of his pathetic life in jail, which is right where he belongs.

Re: News Headlines Here For Ever
I saw this on the news. I could not believe the people that they talked to that saw the guy as the "victim". If he only had a short time left in prison, why bother escaping?

Re: News Headlines Here For Ever
Can you imagine HOW MANY police/regular citizens/etc. would have to be in on this FRAME-UP/COVER-UP? Probably as many as are covering up the goings on at Area 51, the truth behind the JFK assssination, who really killed Marilyn Monroe, who's really piloting the UFO's in the sky, and the proof that aliens built the pyramids
Gee-Ted Bundy didn't kill anyone, either-it was a bad cop!!!
