The last time I was at dmv, an fellow from Africa was next to me. We were talking about how they were translating every for hispanics. He said when he came here he knew he had to know english. I said real loud where are the aftrican, arabic, french and german translators? lol

ITA. While it's comforting to post our thoughts on this issue and know that others agree, it doesn't change anything. Voting isn't enough. If you want to effect change, then write to your Representatives, Senators, and Congressmen and tell them how you feel. Or better yet, call them! If enough people would get involved and do this, change would come.

actually, it doesn't. This country was founded by immigrants.. not ILLEGAL immigrants. So they came here before there were immigration laws, big whoop! Now there are laws and laws aren't meant to be broken... no matter what country you are from.

I can vote until I am blue in the face but that will do nothing since a good portion of politicians don't do a darn thing that they claim they are going to do anyhow. Illegal immigration may be a hot topic right now, but do you think the goverment REALLY cares? nope! If they cared so much about illegal immigration, they would take the millions of dollars a year that is spent on illegal immigrants and use it to remedy that problem. The government uses the excuse that they have limited funds to help pay for extra INS workers, better border patrol and lots of busses to ship illegals back to the border. They don't have the money because they keep giving it away to people who aren't paying into the system.

Yes, and if we stopped being so generous and handing out free lunches they might be much more inclined to get themselves back to where they came from and save us the expense of transporting them!

I am saying this about how things are in our area. The latino people seem to be the only ones willing to work. I have yet to see a white guy digging ditches or mowing yards. Mexicans have my respect they work and they work hard. Everywhere I seem them they show me respect and I do the best I can do to understand them. They are people also. I actually enjoy having a hispanic patient. I seem to help them andthey help me. God loves us all reguardless of age sex color. I try to see it the way Jesus would. Maybe one day soon a middle ground can be found.

Personally i think the govt needs to hire crap loads of border security and use AK 47's to blow these idiots as they try to cross into OUR country. If they can't speak english, or simply don't want to, send 'em back. If anyone watches America's Most Wanted, have you noticed the crimes happening now are mostly Hispanics? How in the hell can you identify them? They all look alike!! I wont go into walmart in a certain town anymore, because my friends got jumped at thanksgiving in the parking lot by 2 male mexicans simply because one was driving a Lincoln Town Car. They thought they were going to get some cash. To make a long story short, get the illegals out of this country, give americans their jobs back, and please let there be a future president soon that will see this problem and fix Clinton's screw up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
