Angry Pizza Hut

Does anyone know the e-mail for Pizza Hut corp. offices? I am so tired of our Pizza Hut and the way they change the rules all the time. We wanted to order delivery tonight. My dh doesn't like toasted bread. He wanted a Ham and Cheese. Before they allowed him to have the meat and cheese cooked in the oven, but not tonight. They said they had to toast the bread. The meat wouldn't be cooked if they didn't put it in the oven. I understand that, but why the bread? If anyone has the e-mail addy, thanks in advance.

Re: Pizza Hut

I just looked at the Pizza Hut website and if you go to the bottom there is a place you can click that says contact us. It will give you phone numbers, addresses and the option to contact them online. You might try the feedback online option and see what happens ... if that doesn't work .. their Customer Service Satisfaction for the US is 1-800-948-8888. Good luck and I hope they can make this up to you.

Re: Pizza Hut

I have a link for you to use...http://www.pizzahut.com/contact/feedback_type.asp

But I think you might have better luck just using the customer line. The phone number is...1-800-948-8488.

Good luck to you. On a side note, is anyone else noticing a huge delay getting posts in here? I'm growing old waiting for stuff to post.

Re: Pizza Hut

I had an issue with my local Pizza Hut's food quality and customer service recently. I emailed Pizza Hut via their company website and received no response at all. I then sent a comment thru PlanetFeedback. 2 days later they emailed me to tell me they were looking into the matter, 4 days after that I received a check in the mail to reimburse me my entire purchase. Re: Pizza Hut

i work at a private owned pizza hut, first off let me say, your not wrong for wanting your sandwich your way,but pizza hut regulations are that the sandwhich, meat and bread be put through the oven half way.now if they were not puting it in the oven,i hate to say it ,but they were going agianst regulations.i have worked at my pizza hut for 4 years, and we have never had this problem,in order to melt the cheese on the sandwhich it has to be put in the oven ,as we do not nuke things! if your not happy with the service you recieved usally the manager on duty will give you a credit.please call them, and then if you dont get the service you want ,contact corp. these are just the opinions of mine.good luck to you,ann
