Now let me say upfront that I love Pizza Hut. We recently moved and I called the closest Pizza Hut to see if they delivered to our address. THe guy asked me what the address was and as soon as I got out the first part of our street name he cut me off saying "we don't deliver there" and then he HUNG UP on me!! I was planning on placing a pick-up order if they wouldn't drive out this far..but not after that.

So I emailed customer service and complained. I just got an email from them explaining to me why they have a limited delivery area. They never even mentioned the rude guy. Hello? That was my complaint. I like to think I am smart enough to understand the complexities of the Pizza Hut delivery area without them explaining it to me.

Needless to say I won't be going back there.

I know this is trivial but I had to vent...

Do you by chance live in the area of the Evendale Pizza Hut? We had a problem getting them to deliver her also but we had a talk with the manager and now we don't have any kind of problem getting stuff delivered.

Nope... I live in Anderson. I'm just irked that c/s doesn't seem to think that hanging up on customers is wrong.

I guess it's going to be Larosa's for me from now on

I can't think of any address in Anderson that they should have a problem with delivering too. I would go and talk to the manager if I was you.

Speaking of LaRosas, have you checked out their prices lately? They are too pricey considering what you get. They changed their menu here while back. No more garlic bread or rolls come with their pasta dinners. They give you this little dinner roll that from what I have heard not a lot of people like. I think they raised their prices too.

I really like their Hoagy's but the last time I went to order one I almost passed out from the price! They definitely raised them. I guess at the very least they will deliver Graeter's

I like their hoagys too, the steak ones.

I loooooooove Graeters. Come to think of it, I will be going right past a Graeters tomorrow. May be a good time to stop and indulge myself.

Perhaps you can write a letter(snailmail) to the headquarters (not sure if they are a chain or franchise). You know, people these days don't get a lot of REAL letters, so they are more likely to respond to you. Find out the customer service manager or whoever is in charge and get his or her name. Address the letter to that person.
