Anniversary of my sisters passing - Big Big Forums

not really a V/W but i needed to get this out.

Three yrs ago today i found my sister(she was 46)dead in her living rm.She had been with me a couple nights before and when she failed to show up for work monday we went to her apt to make sure she was ok.She wasnt!
She had died, and was still siiting on her couch where she had her WebTv in her lap from chatting online with us the night before.They ruled it a sudden heart attack saying there wouldnt of been anything that could have been done..its was that quick.And she had no history of heart problems either.
I know it has been three yrs but i miss her terribly and she was the one i called all the time to get advice or tell her what was going on in my life.....Today has just been hard so far and to top it off...
My father is coming to town to visit Friday and we havent seen him since her services..no i am happy to see him finally but its just her passing makes my whole week rough and i dont know if i am up for the company even my Father.....Thanks for letting me get this out.

I am so sorry. Same thing happened to my dad 5 months ago,he just laid over and was gone. It's all really hard to deal with isn't it?Big hugs to you and I will be thinking of you during this rough time enjoy your visit with your dad

for all the hugs you all are sending my way really it helps to know someone cares.

Now if i could only stop this crying.....I feel like i have cried all i can but it just keeps coming out.
I miss here so much.

I now try to just remember all the good times.

And there were a lot of them with my brother.

i know just how you feel. Dec 8 will be 22 years that my dad died at age 44 and it still is the hardest day of my life to get over. My husband and daughter know to just let me alone so i can get through that day. hugs again. just know that alot of people here are thinking of you.
