I say call your local police and report it, if they say call the CPS say that they havent done anything and this abuse has been going on for a long time. The child NEEDS to go to the ER and maybe the police will at least make CPS take him there to at least get checked out.

I always thought that if you put a complant in about abuse to a child to CPS they HAVE to check it out, each and every time they get a report. If the child looks like he has been to he$$ and back maybe they will see that and take him to the er.

Good Luck. I know if I were in your shoes I would do anything and everything to get the child away from them before there is a more tragic ending to this story.

cowgirlie, we have been round and round with this with dbf's ex. You have to fight like hell, bet down cps door every day until they listen to you........file report after report, have mil take lots of pics....

I agree, take pics of him every chance you get. I could keep calling CPS until they done something. They need to go do a surprise visit on her. I'd call the local police too. If they won't do anything, then call the state police. I really hope yall can get something done. I feel so bad for the kids just by reading this. {{{hugs******

These people need to be hung up and beat to death and the little boy gave to someone who will love him and take care of him.

Take him to a pediatrician. Pediatricians have to report cases of child abuse. No decent doctor is going to let a child with a cigarette burn on it's eye lid and who knows what going on internally, go back to the parent causing the abuse. Let the doctor deal with the police. This is far too dangerous for the child.
