Memolinks Stupid response

Here is my letter to memolink. Notice I have 2 questions:

Your Request:
It has been 5 months and I still have not received any of my prizes. I would like to know when I will receive them. Obviously you receive payment from the companies posted on your site after I complete their offer so why I cannot receive my payment? This is really ridiculous. I guess I will have to lodge a complaint with the BBB but I guess that will also get me nowhere. I guess my name would just be added to the list. You should really take some pointer lessons from your rival company MYPOINTS because with them points are posted to the account without having to contact them and prizes are mailed in under 1 month. Not once has points been placed into my memolink account if I dont contact you.


Also, I signed up for the walmart mastercard and just got my card last week. What information do you need in order for me to get the points. I did not receive any approval letter in my email just my regular mail. I could fax it to you. Please let me know. Thank you.

With the continued growth of our Web site, Memolink is continuously working on improving our prize fulfillment process, and with the recent upgrades to both our staff and computer hardware, there have been a few glitches in the system. Your prizes will be mailed to you when we receive our next batch. I can't apologize enough for the confusion and I hope your experience with Memolink is much better in the future!

I have gotten the same response from them so many times. They just really tick me off. Ive been waiting for my Amazon since 10/02. I hope you get your prize and your points.

I got the same message too. I guess that is their automatic response to all the complaints. The bad thing with me is that I requested a Kmart card, and they are closing my Kmart. So hopefully it will arrive in time to use it, or I'll have to travel to go to another Kmart.
